Help Zander walk! Horse therapy

Zander is going to be 7 (now 9) and the state has indicated he does not qualify for more therapy as he is not meeting standards. Horse back riding has allowed him to progress however very expensive. He has rare pitt Hopkins syndrome 400 children in the world. No doctors practice with his condition. This is considered experimental. Please help Zander walk his mom down the isle. No other therapy has worked and this is not covered by insurance. Please help a dream come true to see him walk.
