Zander's Medical Fund

My nephew, Zander, is 5 years old. He is an amazing little boy who is sweet, kind, funny, curious, intelligent, and overall just amazing. He loves life and has such amazing joy for it all.
About a year-and-a-half ago my Brother, Brian, and Sister-in Law, Liz, started noticing that Zander was having problems with certain things like writing, walking long distances, jumping, and riding a bike. After months of doctor appointments and testing he was finally diagnosed with a very rare condition known as 17q12 microdeletion. Basically he is missing a very small piece of a chromosome. Here is a link that provides more details: http://www.rarechromo.org/information/Chromosome%2017/17q12%20microdeletions%20FTNW.pd
Zander currently sees a geneticist, physical therapist, occupational therapist, nephrologist, endocrocrinologist, and an ENT. Due to the type of condition it is unknown what other specailists he might have to see in the future.
Since being diagnosed, Zander has been hospitalized 5 times, has had3 MRIs--is in need of a 4th, has undergone a muscle biopsy and multiple other tests.
They have incurred medical costs from the countless doctor visits, hospitalizations, tests, and travel (to specialists in LA). These funds will be used to pay for all of these medical expenses and future needs Zander and his family have. Through all of this Zander keeps a positive and joyful attitude.
This would mean so much to them and our entire family. Funds will not only help with all the costs, but it will also help lift an incredible burden and stressor in their life.
Thank you so very much!
