I'm Ashley, a mom of 3 and I am trying to keep us in our home. I have until next Tuesday.

Several weeks ago, I found out I had a massive car repair that needed to be done asap to not wind up irreparably damaging my car. My kids live between my home and their father's an hour away, so not having a working vehicle was not an option.

However, by paying that, it meant taking from rent. The car repair was $200 more than the original estimate for labor and the same day I paid it, I was let go from my job. That meant both my last checks were a few hundred short and things compounded very quickly.

I have an excellent travel assignment lined up and an interview for a great recruiting role this week; I just need a boost in the meantime to keep going.

Between the money I do have and mutual aid, I have about half of what is needed and still need $1500. I set this for $2000 in case any other fees or something else comes up last minute.
