My name is Zamira. I am raising money so that I can replace 6 of my teeth that will be lost due to the removal of a tumor. In March of 2023 I was dignosed with a rare tumor called Ameloblastoma. It is benign but agressive which means it is not cancer but will keep growing. The treatment with the best outcome is an invasive one that involves the removal of a section of my jaw bone, as well as 6 teeth. Teeth are considered a cosmetic procedure so my implants are not covered by insurance. I am raising money so that I can get temporary implants that will go in during surgery. As well as permanent implants that will be placed once my mouth fully heals within a year. The prostodontist is also not covered by insurance so the remaing funds will be used for my dental visits so that sthe doctor can place my new teeth in my mouth.
