Hello, I'm Zak and I'm 13 years old. I love to play rugby and my school are doing a tour to Italy in October. My mum and dad told me I needed to help pay for it as it's pretty expensive, so I'm training to run, crawl, climb and lift my way around a 3km Spartan Race to raise some money to be able to go to Italy!

As well as this, I plan on donating 50% of what I raise to Sport In Mind. Here's a bit about them:
