Zakaria & Teba Education Project

Teba & I recently got married, and to start our marriage we wanted to give back to those in need. We've decided to start a project to build a school for orphans and struggling children in Indonesia. As a gift to our parents, family and loved ones we've announced that we are using the gifts that we receive during our wedding to fund the project. But we still need your help!

Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS, Private Islamic Primary School) of Cot Dulang, was founded in 2008, due to join efforts by a number of notable members of the local communities in the related locality, who wished to care for the education there. However, so far, there has been neither further development for a long time on the MIS in organizational nor physical terms. There is hardly access to the local government's support for the school, being a private institution. It, therefore, has to force itself to be self-sufficient.

Our goal is to raise funds to rebuild and renovate the school so that it can provide much-needed education and support to the children of the area.
