This page is to help our family ease the expense of the unexpected and tragic loss of our nephew, son, brother, grandchild, cousin and friend, Zak Shepstone.
Zak was a sweet, caring, smart, adventurous young man who struggled daily from Bi-Polar Disorder. Yesterday our entire family was shaken to its core in Zak's decision to end his own life. The sadness and loss we feel are immeasurable, as we grapple to try and make sense of the void he left.
Much love and light,
Zak's Family

We, as Zak's family, urge anyone who fears for someone else's life or your own, due to suicidal thoughts or unusual behaviors, to seek help from a mental health professional IMMEDIATELY.
