Save my life!

Yesterday an unimaginable happened!
our puppy 4 months old German shepherd Kay Nine aka Keisha ran off the leash and on to the road.
He got hit not by one , but by two cars , none of which even stopped in front of mine and my kids eyes. The pain is simply unimaginable, but he is tough cookie and fighting for his life, however he requires complex surgery and many days in hospital
We are novice dog owners and just got him a month ago for our 7 year old son who was dreaming of him for a few years.
unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to organise health insistence, it was on agenda next week.
Now we are facing vet bill of more than $13000 and for our big family with another baby due in feb  it is impossible , or we can let our dog suffer and die.
Euthanasia is not an option, as he has a strong chance of recovering fully and he is our little baby, we just can’t put him down, but we are prepared to fight.
I never asked anything, but always was on another side helping as I can.
