Zahra Lee Salazar’s Eye Surgery

Hello!

We are creating this for our sweet Zahra girl. She was born with BPES. In short, a syndrome where she isn’t fully able to open her eyes… just yet. She’ll undergo surgery February of 2024. After a ton of research on the best possible surgeon, we have finally found the one. Unfortunately, he does not accept insurance, and this leaves Izayah and Viridiana in need of some financial help. As any parent, they want the best for their child, not only to help with her vision but to also try and help protect her the best they can from being teased and bullied. The world is already a hard place. Anything that you can do to help is greatly appreciated.

The world looks a little small for her right now, but soon she’ll be able to see all the things around her.
