Zack's Tipped Employee Relief

To Our Dear Customers, Community, Family and Friends,

Due to the impending spread of COVID-19, Zack's Oak Bar is complying with Hoboken's new dining restrictions limiting us to takeout and delivery services.

As the manager of this wonderful service staff, I feel strongly about creating ongoing support for the well-being of them and their families, as they are like family to me. Our restaurant owners, Mark and Sheila, are taking every measure to maintain financial and emotional stability for our entire back and front of house staff. The service staff at Zack's make the majority of their earnings in their tips, and by losing shifts their earnings are being cut down tremendously.  It is my goal, and honored duty as their team leader, to make every effort in providing them with relief to ease the new and sudden hardships they're enduring.  Whether it's to help them pay for groceries & other household expenses, student loan & tuition payments, or provide for their children.  This team shows me daily how tremendously hard working and passionate they are about serving our customers and community, and now is our opportunity to show our appreciation towards their daily efforts.

Any amount is appreciated to the highest degree, and 100% of proceeds will be distributed among the bartenders, servers, hosts and food runners who collectively make Zack's a local favorite.
