​ Zack’s Team Foundation was founded as a public charity 501(c)(3) in 2014.  A 100% volunteer and grassroots organization, the mission is simple. We are dedicated to providing families and individuals struggling with alcohol and substance abuse disorders with support, resources and financial aid so that they are given the opportunity to extend their recovery beyond in-patient treatment.   Substance use disorder is the number one public health crisis in the US.  After losing our dear Zachary, we realized that we needed to take action by breaking our silence and putting a face on this devastating disease. 

Many people fail to realize that substance abuse is a disease. It takes over one's mind and body. Substance abuse stifles the growth of an individual both physically and mentally. It becomes a lifelong battle and it is almost impossible to win the battle alone.

Zack's Team uses 100% of its proceeds to send individuals to treatment. We believe in a 12 step based approach but we also understand that this approach doesn't work for everyone.  Individuals find sobriety in their own way.  

We are committed to helping individuals overcome the disease of addiction. We are also committed to spreading awareness and reversing the stigma that is often associated with those that suffer from this debilitating disease.
