Hi Everyone,

I am fundraising for my partner Zach who needs help with the costs of some major oral surgeries coming up in the next few weeks. For those who don't know, let me briefly begin by saying a little bit about the beginning of Zach's story. He was born with a birth defect called Cleft lip and palate and has had many corrective procedures since birth. His last corrective surgery left him without a large portion of bone in his upper jaw including most of the teeth on his upper right side due to an unexpected medical complication. Since then doctors have worked to rebuild his jaw using the bone from his fibula and other parts of his body. This entire process has taken over ten years. Now he has healed enough to support permanent dental implants which is what this upcoming surgery will be for. The money raised through this will go towards the costs of the procedures. The benefits of this will be tremendous for Zach. It will help preserve his jawbone, facial structure, improve chewing function, stability, comfort and many other long-term positive results. He has shown incredible strength through his journey. I've seen him pull through the hard times when most may have given up. With your help Zach will be able enjoy meals again with family and friends, laugh and smile without worry, and also get peace of mind he deserves. I know he would greatly appreciate any help and support given.
