Zac's Motorcycle Accident Recovery!

Hi! My name is Summer and I am Zac's cousin! We have grown up together, and he is more like a brother than anything else. If you know Zac, you know he is an incredible person with an amazing sense of humor, as well as a loving father, son, and partner. On December 2nd, Zac was involved in a very serious motorcycle accident that resulted in multiple life-threatening injuries including the mid-knee amputation of his right leg, a severely broken arm, broken left femur requiring a rod placement, and many internal injuries. Despite these serious injuries, Zac feels blessed to be alive and was thankfully wearing a helmet that protected him from any head injuries. The fact that he is with us today is nothing short of a miracle!

 

Now, over two months later, Zac is recovering remarkably well. He is starting the process of being fitted for a leg prosthesis and is going to rehab to help him regain function of his left arm! He has a long journey ahead of him and needs the love and support of his friends and family. To support his long recovery, Zac, his girlfriend Gabby, and infant Zadya have moved from Salem to Pendelton, OR, in order to be closer to family during his recovery.

 

100% of donations made to this Go Fund Me will be used to help Zac's recovery including his medical bills, updating his home to accommodate for Zac's recovery (i.e. grab bars etc.), and helping Zac and his family transition to this new normal as Zac heals. Anything big or small will be a huge help and is appreciated more than you know!
