The youngest of the Hinchy clan is going through the hardest time of them all. He was diagnosed with cancer a year ago but unfortunately it has now spread and he now requires aggressive chemotherapy. While a portion of his treatment is covered under insurance, there is a large copay for each round of chemo treatment. As hard as he is battling the cancer within him, my mother is fighting her own battle externally with how she will fund this treatment. She has been through this one too many times. First being with my father and her late husband who we eventually lost to this disease and now to my brother and her youngest born child. My mother is the strongest, most put together woman that I know and all I want is to put together this charity to be able to take some of the financial pressure off of her back.
