Zach’s Car Fund: please help me get back on my feet

Hi everyone. I’m Zach and I need 2500 for car repairs/getting a new car. I’m a recent graduate of UC Santa Cruz with degrees in physics and community studies and find my true passions in teaching, working in music, and building community.

I’ve been in a bad spot for the last few months with respect to my finances but I had started a job back in February as a tutor that was gonna help me get my life on track after graduating college.

However, today on April 3rd my car finally had a catastrophic failure and may end my ability to earn an income and pay off my formal debts and informal debts owed to friends and family. My job is in Los Gatos while I live in Santa Cruz and requires a ~30 minute commute over Highway 17. Public transportation is not an option and ride shares will likely be too expensive to justify the commute.

Any money donated will go to fixing my car or to purchasing a new one so I may be able to continue working as a tutor and make something good out everything so far. So please, donate and share with your loved ones. Any amount will go a long way to help. Much love and respect to you all
