I am the grandmother of Zachary Ustaszewski. 

5-25-16 Zachary's sister fell victim to SIDS at 2 months
Now, on the 4th of July, we have to say goodbye to Zachary.

Zach was hit by a car suffering sever brain injuries. My daughter has bravily decided to donate his organs to a mid 20s gentlemen and a man in his early 30s.

However not able to recover from the lose of her daughter, I ask you to reach into your hearts to help us with the final expenses for our beloved Zach.
