Zachary Volpe's cancer journey

Hi my name is Emily Volpe and I am doing a fundraiser for my husband, Zachary Volpe. 2023 was going to be our year! We got married in March, honeymoon in April, then our lives changed in the blink of an eye. On June 9, Zach was diagnosed with testicular cancer. What we thought was a work injury turned into a life altering trip to the ER. Emergency surgery was performed in order to save Zach's life. Zach has to undergo multiple tests to determine the extent, severity, and see what life will be like going foward.

Zachary Volpe, 28 years young, is a Florida native and land surveyor, born and raised on the Treasure Coast. He was on the Martin County swim team in high school, a passion which he still enjoys today. Zach always finds serenity in the great outdoors whether that be the beach, hiking trails, or canoing on Florida's beautiful waterways. Before surgery, he recently started to take up surfing, a sport his younger self enjoyed.

While a very determined and hard working individual, Zach has been and will be out of work for a substantial amount of time. Between surgery, tests, and recovery, we are asking the community and beyond's help in this next adventure of life.
