My name is Jackie Knuutila Bush. I am Zachary’s “Aunt Jackie”. Zachary was in the ICU on a ventilator for 2 weeks before his family loss him to COVID. Zachary was 28 years old & he will be buried on his 29th birthday, Sept. 23, 2021. Zachary had no life insurance & all donations will go towards paying for his funeral & all other expenses related to his death. Losing our sweet Zachary has been devastating for our family & his fiancé.
