On March 25th 2021, we lost our beloved son, brother, grandson, cousin, nephew, and friend Zachary Tyler Richard Dugan. He was an amazing person. The type of person to make instant friends with anyone. He would do anything in the world for you, Zack grew on you from the first day you met him. He left a permanent smile on your heart, he could brighten anyone’s day just by coming in a room and sitting next to you. The world is a bit darker now that he is gone.
