'First Edition, Secondhand' Short Film

Hi! We're a group of passionate young filmmakers seeking to raise $3,000 to produce our original short film 'First Edition, Second Hand'!

Our story follows 17-year-old Francesca 'Frankie' Lao as she grapples with the recent loss of her beloved Aunt Mal and the mounting pressure from her traditional and overbearing parents. 'First Edition, Second Hand' is a story of the experience of grief and an exploration of how deep and meaningful love is closely linked with the act of anonymous sacrifice.

Funds will be allocated to:

- Compensation for acting talent

- Location fees

- Set construction and sourcing key props

- Craft services for cast and crew

- Festival entry fees
