As many of you know, Sam was in a tragic accident several hours outside of Vancouver, on Lake Osoyoos. The RCMP stopped their recovery efforts after one week. Sam's father hired a private diving company to continue the search.
These are not ordinary divers. Gene and Sandy are an American couple who have been diving for missing loved ones for over 30 years. They do not take any form of payment. Their entire operation is possible because of private donations. The two live in their RV and travel from location to location, assisting families in both Canada and the U.S. They use these private donations to fund their travel to each mission.
