HCAT Spay/Neuter/Feed/Place Fund

The goal of HCAT, Hamtramck Cat Assistance Team, is to improve the lives of Hamtramck’s homeless cats and kittens by helping to control overpopulation through neutering and spaying (TNR) while providing other medical care as needed. We strive to maintain healthy colonies, with the help of caretakers and volunteers. 
To provide shelter and food and arrange placement into loving homes when possible.Lastly, promote community awareness and an appreciation for the humane treatment of animals.
