In Loving Memory of K.K.

On March 22nd 2024,my mother Kristen Kleist who many knew as "K.K." passed away. She was killed on her motorcycle due to the negligent driving of somebody else.

To family and friends who knew her she was one of the brightest souls you would ever meet, and now we are all trying to navigate in this world without her light. She was truly the best friend to everyone who called her a friend.

Kristen was also a strong believer in the strength of community, as such she was trained as an E.M.T. and was a part of the volunteer firefighters purely because she loved helping others.

She loved riding her motorcycle because of the connection and appreciation to the beauty of life it gave her.

We will all miss her more than words could ever describe,and hope her memory and spirit will help us all grow to better ourselves so our own light may burn as brightly as the light to the world my mom was.

This GoFundMe will be used to pay for her Celebration Of Life memorial as well as her bills/mortgage payments,and anything else we will have to take care of relating to the resulting fallout.

This is very hard for me to put together as I am unsure of the amount we will fully need and am not keen on asking for money, especially in these tough economic times.

☆Update:We have hit 10k folks,I am so grateful for everybody's generosity and love they have for my mom. We are going to increase the goal for the final stretch,we are in the process of hiring lawyers,ordering prints,urns and its all possible thanks to everyone's contributions.
