Help Gus get his surgery

Little Gus Fields, where do I start? This 4 pound pup stole my heart and my husband's heart from the moment we saw him. He is the most loving, sweet, little cuddle pup. On the morning of July 13th, Gus was suddenly unable to walk and began to scream in constant pain. After a very long day of vet appointments we found out that Gus has 2 misaligned vertebrae behind his neck. The surgery to repair this is $7500. Sadly my firefighter hubby and I cannot afford the surgery. Gussy is our heart. He is who makes us smile when we are down. We have not had nearly enough time with him.
