Dear friends, family, & Eastside community,

I am one of Catherine's teachers and Student Government Advisor from Eastside High School. I am asking for donations for Catherine DeYoung due to the recent and unexpected passing of her father, Bryan DeYoung. As many of you may know, Catherine lost her mother when she was 13 years old. The sudden passing of her father now brings a lot of unknowns for Catherine, on top of grieving over the loss of a second parent. There is no one more deserving of donations for college. Catherine is one of the most beautiful, strong, and resilient students I have ever known. Her compassion and strength are unmatched, and she deserves to pursue her dream of attending Clemson University. Please consider donating so that Catherine doesn't have to delay payments, decline her acceptance, or wait a year to attend college. Every donation will go directly to Catherine. If we exceed the goal the excess money will be put towards textbooks, room & board, and food/grocery expenses for college. Thank you for any amount you can donate!
