My sister and I are trying to raise the money to pay for my mother’s basic cremation. Up until her death as of 05/12/25, we were under the assumption she had a life insurance policy through her bank, Pacific Crest. However, they were selling her accident prevention insurance instead… this does nothing whatsoever in the event of her death from cancer. This policy is how we were going to pay for her cremation and services, but considering that won’t work, we JUST HAVE TO cremate her like she wanted.

My mom Sunday Nancy Lee Sisson, as many of you know, has been battling nasopharyngeal carcinoma for about 5 years now. It is a rare head and neck cancer and is very aggressive. My mother handled it like the warrior she is and stuck it out this long. I can’t stand the thought of her, after having such a hard life, sitting and waiting to be cremated because of a mistake caused by the bank's policies. Please, if anyone can help, we would be eternally grateful, and I know my mom would be too. I don’t want her name or struggle with cancer to go in vain due to us not being able to lay her to rest. Anything will help
