Hi everyone

For those who don't know me my name is Tiffany, I've work at Bathurst Riverview care community and have done so for the last 14 years. The team at Bathurst Riverview are like a big family and have recently been rocked by the news that members of our family are suffering.

Fe,our physio aide, and her partner Jesse are valued members of our team. Over the course of the last few weeks Fe has become unwell and been diagnosed with Stage 3 breast Cancer. This is devastating news for Fe, Jesse and their young Son Kral.

The Medical team in Bathurst looking after Fe have informed the family that the her cancer is so rare it's the first time this type of cancer has been seem by her team. Fe will have to endure Surgery and a lengthy course of Chemo. The family have been informed that costs for treatment are estimated to be around $50000 which is added pressure the family don't need at this challenging time.

However there is some GOOD NEWS!, Fes brain MRI and Bone Scan results have come in the last few days and there is currently no evidence that the cancer has spread to these areas. Hooray!

So the Medical team need to Act quickly and final arrangements are being made regarding the commencement of treatment today.

So please of everyone can pull together and support our friends we would be most greatful, every little bit counts and will go along way to helping he and her family win their fight.
