Makayla's Olympic Trials

Over the past 4 years I have been chasing a dream. This journey started from my early experiences as 7 year old swimmer; making small waves at the Olean (NY) YMCA. Throughout this adventure I have been able to travel all around the country and compete against some of the best swimmers in the world! 

In March of 2015 I qualified for the USA Swimming Olympic Team Trials, to be held in Omaha, Nebraska from June 26th to July 3rd, 2016.  My ultimate goal will be to make the USA Olympic Swim Team and represent my Country in Rio De Janeiro!

I have had the great fortune to have many supportive friends & family, teammates & coaches who helped make this opportunity possible and I'm thrilled to share this experience with all of them! 

As you can imagine, the cost of travel, food, meet entries and accomodations for 8 days in Omaha will certainly create a large financial obligation for me and my family. I have been humbled by the many people who have followed my career and I'm asking that if you are able to please donate what you can to help make my Olympic Dream possible! 

Your contribution will go directly to our travel budget and help defray the cost of my trip! I will keep everyone updated on the progress towards trials and I hope to continue to make all of you proud!
