Goat Milk/Diapers for Starving Kids

My name is Donna Thayer and I have a 7-year-old Haitian son . We're headed back to Haiti on July 31st. This trip we are headed to see our friends who run a malnutrition center in Belle-Anse, Haiti (the most remote part of Haiti). They take in children who are in really bad shape (literally starving) and nurse them back to health. There is no other health care available. They also care for the parents and do everything they can to teach them sustainable ways to maintain their health. They definitely work in partnership with the community so that their efforts can grow exponentially. 
We are collecting money for supplies for the malnutrition center (ReimagineHaiti.com). Primarily, we need powdered goat's milk and diapers. I am packing 4 giant suitcases that I'm stuffing full and then taking any extra money with me so I can buy supplies in Haiti (which is actually better because it will stimulate their economy). This will all be delivered directly to the malnutrition center. There are no administrative fees or middle-man type situation. It's just a mom and son trying to give some kids a fighting chance at life.
I've already bought $300+ worth of supplies and am spending $2000+ on the trip itself. So I've certainly got skin in the game. But I'm tapped out and I want to make as big an impact as possible on each and every trip. I am grateful for the cushy middle-class life I've always led and I'm grateful that my son, who was once severely malnourished, is now thriving and spends his days with only the light-hearted worries of a happy childhood.
But I believe that every child deserves a fighting chance. What they do with it after that is up to them.
I want my son to learn that if we are able to help people, then we should. I like to believe that every act of kindness gets multiplied ten fold even if we are not there to see it. Perhaps one of these children will grow up and be the one to lead Haiti out of its generations-long problems and finally get them back on their feet....who knows?
So...if you've got a few extra bucks that you'd like to throw in, we would certainly appreciate it. $5, $10, $20....we're happy for anything.
