Horror game project

I want to make a horror game. That's pretty much the gist of it but that's not all, this horror game will be third person and have many levels...in the first "game" there will be four long levels which you will have to complete a certain task whilst being chased by something...in each level you can subdue what your being chased by for a certain period of time.(usually around 30 seconds) this will give you the opportunity to search an area that the creature is at for any items you may need. This horror game will be made in unreal engine but I need to pay people for stuff like: sound effect design, art and background stuff, actual coding.  I really appreciate it if you could donate...thank you for reading
