Hi everyone it’s Chantay, Clare’s daughter.

As you know our beautiful mum passed away on the 24th of April and we want to give her the best send off that we can but we can’t do it alone.

We know that she was loved by so many so we are hoping that with everyone’s help we can give her the send off that she deserves.
