Medical expenses for Cancer treatment
Donation protected
Robert has been a husband for 28 years, a loving father, and the Maintenance Supervisor at North Kitsap Fire & Rescue for nearly 2 decades. We are raising money to help cover the cost of the treatment for a recent diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer. The expenses are huge and insurance doesn't cover all of it, and some things are not covered at all. Anything will help. It has only been 1 month and the bills are already arriving in the mail.
Please donate and share our story with others.
Thank you to all of you for the love and support, it means more than you know.

From the Beginning
"Hello everyone, first of all I apologize for not reaching out to everyone sooner but it has been a bit of a waiting game to get information between countless doctor’s appointments, a botched biopsy, another biopsy to find out that I have stage 4 lung cancer. In case you don’t know what that is (Lord knows I didn’t) it’s when cancer starts in your body going undetected showing no symptoms and then spreads throughout your body. I have had lung cancer for 2 to 3 years they estimate. Some people know that I have been having shoulder pain and some back issues, and this is how it was found as it traveled from my lungs to my bones and even my liver. Now all that horrific stuff being said I have started radiation treatments for the pain in my back and my shoulder this is going to ease the only pain I am in right now. In a week or 2 we will get more test results back that will tell the doctor what treatment will be most effective, Chemotherapy, Immunotherapy or both. Also the doctors have been very positive that because of my health and my age that I will most likely fight this off for now. I also want to thank all of you for the support and being patient not to overwhelm me with calls or texting, I find it very hard to talk about because it is still hard to believe. Soon as I start treatment I may be unable to do everything around the house and I will reach out to you for help, I say this because I know the support I have from you all and many people have expressed their need to help. I will keep you posted as I get more information,
