Mission Trip To Honduras

Dear Family and Friends,
This summer I have an amazing opportunity to go with a mission team to Tegucigalpa, Honduras and serve for a week. We will be going with an organization called World Gospel Outreach (WGO). Honduras is one of the poorest countries in Latin America and 65% of the population lives below the poverty line. WGO’s goal through these teams is to teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ and make disciples through their partnership with Honduran churches.
The trip is May 26th though June 2nd. While in Honduras we will first meet the physical needs of the people, then use the opportunities that God provides in those moments to share the Gospel. We will be serving at two separate churches, each for two days, providing free medical, dental, and optical care. We are also blessed to be able to pour two concreate floors for families in the community.
One of the biggest ways we as a team could use support is through your prayers. Please pray for travel mercies and good health. Prayers are also needed for the people being served and that their hearts would be receptive to the work we will be doing. Our desire is for the love of Jesus to shine through us for all to see. Finally, we could use your prayers for financial provision. The cost for this trip is $1950 per person, which includes travel, housing, medical supplies, and other expenses. If you feel led to give financially, that would be a huge blessing.
