A helping hand for Ben an Ayla

Sometimes life gives us lemons... Many know Miriam Olivero as a mother, a wife, a friend and a Zumba instructor ... what many do not know is that she maintains these titles as she and her family endure a long and trying time. Miriam's oldest child, Ben Quiñones, and his wife, Ayla, are facing a battle that only with help and support will they overcome. Ayla has been diagnosed with T-Cell Lymphoma brought on by Chronic active Epstein Barr virus. Ben has had to give up his job in order to support Ayla in ICU; Miriam and Lou have subsequently taken on the daily role of caring for Sophia , Ben and Aylas only child, so that he may be beside his wife. In addition of caring for their 3 daughters. Ayla has already gone thru one round of chemo and will begin another round in a few days. Doctors say it is likely she will need a bone marrow transplant.

Because of this - the cost of traveling back and forth, Sophia's care, hospital bills, and many other expenses - Ben and Ayla have given up their home in Boston and Miriam has moved all their things to Vineland in preparation of Ayla's admittance to a Maryland hospital. We are hoping and praying that through the generosity of others - family, friends, associates, and strangers - we can raise enough money to aide Ben as he tries to resettle in Vineland and help with the care of his daughter while she is in the care of her grand mom. We continue to pray for Ayla and know with God's strength she will over come this and stand victorious in his glory! God bless and thank you!
