My name is Tania and I am starting a Go Fund Me for my sister-n-law, nephew, and brother. My sister-n-law Minnie has been needing and waiting for a kidney transplant for 30 years plus due to a rare genetic condition. She has been in and out of hospitals her whole life. The time has come where her kidney will not last any longer. Even thought there is and has been a lot of pain and dark times, there is a beacon of light in sight. Her son James is an exact match and is old enough to be a donor. I could not think of a more precious gift to give the one who gave you life.

     The money raised will help James fly in from the West Coast and back home afterwards. Both of them will be out of work and so will my brother to take care of them while they recover. He has been working 7 days a week to save for the upfront costs of the surgery. They will need to pay bills, medications, doctors appointments, and the surgery itself. The insurance will not cover all of this life saving operation. James will be out of work for 8 weeks to heal and adapt his body to use only one kidney. Minnie will be out of work for 6 months to make sure her immune system accepts the new kidney. Minnie and James have always given to others first. Minnie works in the medical field when she is not in the hospital herself. Day in and day out she helps other even while fighting her own battle.  James loves music and works on guitars. He finds the heart and soul of every string he strums. Both give their time to help and serve others.
