For this reason, Yanira has been evaluated by doctors from Boston Children's Hospital in Massachusetts, USA . These doctors have suggested the option of bone marrow transplantation with a regimen used only in this hospital used especially for patients with dyskeratosis congenita. For this, Yanira will have to go and live in Boston for about 6 months to 1 year , which adds to the financial costs of treatment.
