My name is Aimee & my son JoJo age 8 was hit while riding his bike yesterday. The driver fled the scene & has now left my son in ICU fighting for his life. I have not received any help from law enforcement. In the middle of dealing with this traumatic experience I also had to do my own investigation to find the vehicle, witnesses, find the home of the suspect, and also found several videos of the accident. My son story will need to be heard & I am asking for help as we seek JUSTICE FOR JOJO !!

Hello Family & friends! Josiah has been released from the hospital & has started the long recovery process. He is currently dealing with brain damage, a fractured skull, liver damage, a broken leg, & sensitivity to light & sound which results in him having to wear sunglasses inside. We are waiting for an exact date to know when the surgery on his leg will be & when his special bed will arrive. In the meantime he does have a wheelchair as well as a walker to help him get around. He will need therapists, both PTSD & physical so that he can learn how to walk again. We are also in the process of moving due to multiple reasons that can’t be disclosed at the moment. The suspect (who is a minor) has been arrested. We’re working on keeping him behind bars & also getting the adult passenger charged. We have been working on the police being held accountable for the lack of work that was given. This has been an unexpected, overwhelming, & very emotional process. We would like to thank everyone for all of the love, prayers, donations, words of encouragement, advice, & many other things that you all have given. As we get more information we will keep you updated. Please continue to keep our family in your prayers.
