Hey family, I was recently approved for top surgery and the date of my BIG CHOP is November 14th. This is a dream and I need your help to make it come true!

By the grace of God, my health insurance covers gender-affirming procedures like this one. But it still leaves me with an out-of-pocket maximum cost of several thousand dollars.
