Please Help Rohanna Stay in School

My name is Deniel. I am urgently requesting help for my former neighbour, Rohanna Bowers. Rohanna is an international student at a Towson University in the US and is approaching her 3rd year of studies in Geology. Unfortunately, she has been rejected from enrolling/registering for this semester because she has an outstanding balance of $10,000 US or $13,500 CAD dollars to pay for her tuition.

Currently she is not qualified for student loan and will have to return to Jamaica before completing her studies if she is not assisted financially.

As a former high school teacher in Jamaica, I watched numerous promising students miss out on optimizing their full potential due to poverty. The lack of financial help even after scoring the highest grades in their exams and making it half way to tertiary institutions but could not afford to pay their fees have been the fate of many.

Please help me raise this money for her. She is from a very humble beginning, truly ambitious and has been on the university Dean's list with a GPA of 3.7.
