Movember and T.O.C

My names Freddy

Im recently 18 and fundraising for Movember.

Movember helps a cause close to mine and many others hearts, focusing on men’s prostate cancer, health issues and last but not least Men’s Mental Health.

Me and many men have experienced the pressures of our mental health, and speaking up hasn’t aligned with the social “norms” other people have been able to.

At a decently young age i myself have struggled with mental health, and finding a way to talk about it has always been hard.

Alongside this a lot of the male figures in my life who i idolize and look up to have bravely come out and admitted this too.

Me and many others want to crush the stigma of men not being able to speak, and to stop losing the amazing men who we lose every hour to suicide.
