Our dear father, Ger Lee (Tooj Ntxawg Lis), passed away on May 12, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Mao Yang, and 11 children, five underaged. He took his last breath while no one saw or helped him. His sudden death was due to cardiac arrest.

Our dad had a kind heart and loved to help others even when he had nothing and was willing to give a hand to those who always looked down on him. Those who knew him know that he has a big heart.

I, myself, am the second oldest daughter, Mendy Lee. I am speechless and still cannot accept that my dad is gone. I can not describe how useless I felt when I saw my dad lying on the ground, breathless. These couple of days without my dad are indescribable.
