Hi beautiful people, i’m Aaliyah I have been living with chronic illnesses and complications from them for my whole life but things have been really hard the past 2 years especially. I’ve been mostly bed bound and up until a few days ago this was a fundraiser for my wheelchair. Over the past weekend (end of feb) I found myself homeless. I’ve been living in a very unhealthy environment for a long time and was trying to leave but this was very unexpected and I have been scrambling and have already become low on funds. I was referred to a hospice and palliative care provider in phoenix for palliative as I was recently diagnosed with a disease that limits your lifespan and i’m still trying to figure out how to pay for housing, food, medical care, etc. Anything helps and i’m grateful for you all
