Hey, my name is Will Bass and I currently live in Midlothian, VA. I'm 24 years old with a handsome 5-year-old pitbull named Bentley.

On September 13th, around 5:15 in the afternoon, I was involved in a road rage incident that resulted in me receiving 2 gunshot wounds to the leg. My vehicle was shot a total of 8-9 times during the event, which caused a lot of damage. The whole experience has taken a toll on me, but I am just happy to be here today. As of the time of making this GoFundMe, they have not yet found the individual responsible for the shooting.

I went in for surgery on September 16th and I'm currently in recovery with the possibility of not having full function of my right knee. My biggest concern during recovery is the financial burden I know this will have and it would mean the world to me to have any type of help at the moment. I am not the type to ask for support, but I know if they are unable to find the responsible party, it will leave me fully responsible for all expenses. I unfortunately do not have the funds to handle this type of burden at this time and this has been the only thing on my mind since this incident happened.
