Dear friends and family,

On January 18th 2023, at approximately 6:20am, our dear friend Jacob was in a terrible car accident. Jacob was traveling from his home in Nephi to the Salt Lake City airport, where he works. He does not remember any of what happened, so this is all gathered from the police report. Jacob came over a hill to find a truck that had ran into the median. Jacob did not have time to move over and ran into the backside of the truck. He is very lucky to have survived, but he is left with some serious injuries that will require having to take time off of work and the activities that he loves so much. Jacob is a houndsman and loves spending time with his friends and family on the mountain hunting. These injuries require surgery to reconstruct the bones in his face that were crushed. In the accident, Jacobs car was also totaled. We would love to help them offset some of his medical expenses and other inevitable life costs that him and his family with two small children will encounter.
