Support Melissa's Heart Surgery Recovery

On April 30, 2025, Melissa suffered a heart attack. After being taken to the hospital, they found blockages which resulted in a 3 hour surgery of placing stents in her heart. Melissa spent three days in the hospital not being able to move and in a severe amount of pain. She is home now on strict bed rest recovering.

Melissa is a mother, daughter, sister, nurse, and also a fabulous baker for the community. Due to this setback, she will be on bed rest and will not be able to work either job the rest of this month. Multiple baking orders were canceled during one of the busiest months of the year. She needs our help.

Melissa has helped in our community serving as a nurse, baker and beloved family member. We are asking for support to help pay her bills so she can recover without stress and cover the hours she isn’t able to work. We really do not want this setback to stop her from continuing her dreams of being a business owner. She has stayed up late and put in many hours to help out her customers, community and everyone she could. I hope you can find it in your heart to do the same!
