Brodie and I just moved to San Diego together, and he has been my constant, empathetic companion. He’s been living his happiest life—running on the beach, learning to be off-leash, and enjoying every moment—but recently he tore his ACL and developed a severe upper respiratory infection that has progressed to pneumonia, along with tongue ulcers and stomach issues. Everything seemed to happen all at once! He’s been hospitalized since Tuesday, 12/16/25 receiving intensive care and IVs, and it’s been hard to see him struggle.

I’ve already spent over $8,800 on his care, and I’m using resources like Care Credit and I pay for pet insurance every month. I want to give him the best possible care because he’s always been there for me, and I’ll be there for him no matter what.
