Tammy was diagnosed with stage III C ovarian cancer in Aug 2010. She had surgery followed by 15 months of    chemo which put the cancer in remission. In Sept 2013 she found out the cancer had returned. Rather than do        conventional treatment (chemo) again, which offered no hope of survival, she decided to use a holistic approach to treatment. This has given her a very good quality of life for nearly two years. Unfortunately, the cancer is progressing again & causing difficult symptoms to manage. Chemo has nothing to offer as far as extending life or giving her quality of life, so once again she is trying to avoid conventional treatment & looking into the many other options offered through holistic healing,  which at the very least could give her a better quality of life & possibly offer her hope of eventually being cancer free again. Her goal is to attend a session at the Hippocrates Health Institute which comes highly recommended by an ovarian cancer survivor (Deanna Won) who overcame incredible odds & is now living a productive & vibrant life, cancer free.

If the target amount is not reached to enable her to attend, be assured that all money raised will be used to pay for ongoing expenses that cancer care generates.
