In Loving Memory of Patrick Luciani

Patrick Luciani was an amazing husband, father and grandfather and will be missed greatly by family, friends and the entire community of Brantford. In memory of Pat we are asking friends and family to make a donation on behalf of Pat towards a cause that he was deeply involved with and which made a difference in the community he loved and served.
