Ayuda para Victoria: Superando la neumonía y el neumotórax desde el primer día

Buenos días a todos,

Queremos compartir con ustedes la historia de nuestra pequeña Ana Victoria, que en sus primeros días ha enfrentado una batalla extraordinaria. El jueves 4 de julio a las 2:00 pm llegó a este mundo con un nacimiento prematuro a las 33 semanas de gestación, en consecuencia el viernes 5, Victoria fue diagnosticada con neumonía, lo que llevó al colapso de su pulmón derecho presentando neumotorax. Para ayudarla a respirar, fue necesario intubarla y poner una sonda directamente en su pulmón.

Las últimas horas han sido un torbellino de emociones y momentos críticos. Gracias al incansable trabajo de los médicos, Victoria está respondiendo al tratamiento y la infección está retrocediendo. Sin embargo, aún estamos en una situación grave y cada día trae consigo nuevos desafíos.

Estamos agradecidos por cualquier muestra de apoyo en este momento difícil. Los gastos médicos y el cuidado especializado de la Unidad de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal son abrumadores, y cualquier contribución, grande o pequeña, nos acercará un paso más hacia la recuperación de Victoria.

Help for Victoria: Overcoming Pneumonia and Pneumothorax from Day One

Dear friends,

We want to share with you the story of our little Ana Victoria, who has faced an extraordinary battle from her very first moments. On Thursday, July 4th, at 2:00 PM, she arrived in this world prematurely at 33 weeks of gestation. The following day, Friday, July 5th, Victoria was diagnosed with pneumonia, which led to the collapse of her right lung and the urgent need for a pneumothorax procedure. To help her breathe, she was intubated and a tube was placed directly into her lung.

The past few hours have been a whirlwind of emotions and critical moments. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the medical team, Victoria is responding to the treatment, and the infection is starting to recede. However, we are still in a grave situation, and each day brings new challenges.

We are deeply grateful for any support during this difficult time. The medical expenses and specialized care are overwhelming, and any contribution, no matter how small, will bring us one step closer to Victoria's recovery.
