help me & Josh relocate

As most of you know, me and my mother have been raising my unbiological 4 year old son Josh since he was since he was 6 months. The courts put him with us because the Biological Mother was mentaly ill. things have been going well since then and my mother has been watching him throughout the week and me on the weekends, however, my mother lives near Sargent  and it has been tough to drive every weekend or week.  I live in Houston and have a steady job here but trying to move closer to her so its not so bad. Also, my mother is not getting any younger, keeping him every day at her age can be tough, so my sister has offered to watch him during the day if i can move out there, and it would give my mother some relief.  I have found a decent place very close to my sister ,   but the only thing holding us back is a 725 dollar deposit, i work but only paycheck to paycheck and can only afford the bills i already have, rent is no problem, just a deposit "shell out" is tough, and every decent place now wants a whole months rent for deposit nowdays, 

the home is  a double wide 2 bedroom that has a playground out front and a Head Start school right next to it. 

Please help me and Josh get into our new place so  i can get his him on the right track next year for starting school and such.
